I am so thankful for Josh and for mornings – starting around the end of December, we’ve been able to implement a morning routine that allows me to run or go to the gym before he goes to work! It’s been working out really well! I lifted throughout my pregnancy so I didn’t lose too much strength during the weeks I took off. I thought I’d be a lot slower since I hadn’t run since the last month of pregnancy, but turns out it’s a lot easier to run without a baby bump!

I use the Apple gym and it’s fun to see coworkers there; I hadn’t seen one guy since the summer when my baby bump wasn’t really showing… he asked me what was new and the look on his face was so funny when I said, “I had a baby!” 😂
