Amazing dinner with three coworkers at Din Tai Fung! Huge meal: sliced cucumbers with chili and garlic; shredded jellyfish with turnip; three kinds of savory xiaolongbao (dumplings): special steamed pork, steamed pork and hairy crab, and black truffle and pork; two kinds of shao-mai (another dumpling): steamed pork and shrimp, and steamed pork and sticky rice; steamed pork buns, sautéed asparagus and hairy crab, dan dan noodles, and finally steamed taro dumplings for dessert!!!! Probably my favorite meal in China so far.
